Change is inevitable, never easy, but it is always a challenging and an interesting ride.

Third barrier is organizational uniqueness “That will never work here.”

With many years of experience from large international companies from different part of the organization helps me understand the overall picture and have an insight view. During my career I have experienced many changes on my own skin, but developed an ability to understand and adopt to the new situations. My skill to see through, analyze, structure financial information and numbers quickly makes, that I can communicate with finance and non-finance colleagues effectively. Coming from another culture and speaking several languages also gives me a unique perspective on every situation.
